THE FREE MYCOVER.ME BUYER APP
The consumer app turns the product itself into the support entry point. Buyers see what they own, whether it is covered, what to do next, and where the resolution stands.
Product, purchase, serial, issuer, and coverage status—without hunting through old emails.
Product-aware questions and evidence guidance help buyers describe the issue before a case reaches your team.
Messages, repair, replacement, shipment, and prior service events stay attached to the product.
Free for buyers. Better context for your team, less repetitive order lookup, and no dead end when coverage has expired.
Already have a support case? Open the link in your case email, or sign in to the app with that same email and verify it to continue.

SELLER QUESTIONS
Clear answers about product identity, coverage, commerce readiness, expired support, and AI control.
No. Help desks organize conversations. MyCover.me connects each support request to the exact product, order, ownership, coverage source, policy evaluation, resolution, and permanent service history. Teams can use the MyCover.me Console or connect this product context to an existing support stack as integrations become available.
Normally, no. Coverage is created from the merchant policy and the verified purchase or delivery date. Scanning a QR or entering a private code claims the product for the buyer; it does not silently restart an existing entitlement.
CSV and JSON import are available now. Shopify requires verified OAuth and webhook setup before it is presented as connected. Amazon requires SP-API approval and seller authorization and remains planned until those production requirements are complete.
Yes. Expired coverage never becomes a dead end. A merchant can offer troubleshooting, paid repair, a replacement part, discounted replacement, store credit, or goodwill service while keeping the outcome attached to the product history.
No. Deterministic policy rules explain eligibility, and an authorized person makes high-impact decisions. Planned AI assistance may help summarize cases and suggest troubleshooting, but it will not independently approve or reject a claim.
